AgamiAI provides an AI-powered analytics platform that lets people ask questions of connected data in plain language. AgamiAI Inc. is the controller for users in the United States and elsewhere; AgamiAI Technologies India Private Limited is the controller for users in India.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information from your sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft), such as your name, email address, and profile image;
- The questions, prompts, and instructions you submit to the Services;
- Any feedback, support requests, or other communications you send us.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Interaction and usage data: the questions you ask, the queries generated, results returned, features used, and other interactions with the Services;
- Log and device data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, and referring pages;
- Diagnostic and performance data used to monitor and troubleshoot the Services.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Services and authenticate your access;
- Analyze, operate, and improve our products and services, including reviewing interaction and usage data to understand how the Services are used, debug issues, evaluate quality, and develop new features and improvements;
- Communicate with you, including sending service and security notices, responding to requests, and sending product updates, demo follow-ups, and marketing emails about AgamiAI (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time);
- Enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where required by law, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and the performance of our agreement with you as the legal bases for processing.
4. AI and Model Improvement
We may use interaction and usage data, including in aggregated or de-identified form, to evaluate and improve the quality, accuracy, and performance of our Services and the models that power them. The demo environment operates on publicly available datasets; please do not submit confidential or personal information to it.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers / subprocessors that host our infrastructure, process data, and deliver communications;
- AI and large language model providers that help generate and process responses;
- As required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers for their own marketing.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and interaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate and improve the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will notify you of a breach affecting your personal data as required by law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, or by contacting us;
- Access, correction, deletion: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data;
- India (DPDP Act, 2023): access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and the right to withdraw consent;
- United States (CCPA and similar state laws): know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share for cross-context advertising), with no discrimination for exercising your rights.

9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication and session management, and may use limited first-party analytics to understand and improve usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. International Transfers
We may process information in India, the United States, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where data is transferred across borders, we put appropriate safeguards in place as required by applicable law.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
